I (We) hereby authorize Rabbi Gadi Louzoun to dispose of all Chametz (leavened food) that may be in my(our) possession wherever it may be - at home, at my (our) place of business, or elsewhere - in accordance with the requirements of Jewish Law incorporated in the special contract for the sale of Chametz.

I recognize that I will have no ownership of these products for the duration of the festival of Pesach. The sale will take place on early Nissan 13, 5785 /April 11, 2025
